Companies today know that establishing a Facebook and Twitter presence is the essential first step to connect with customers. But they probably don’t know that 81.1% people still turn to a company’s website for information, compared to a meager 19.9% that turn to Social networks. Yes, Social is as important as ever, but it’s the seamless integration between owned and organic properties that will set brands apart.
